The Senior Director, Account Management will manage a team of program managers for a portfolio of accounts and achieve the company's goals related to client retention, quality service delivery, client/BCD Travel profitability, preferred vendor maximization, and technology implementation.
Requirements
- Expert in account management in a corporate environment (Business travel industry experience is preferred)
- Extensive experience in management and leadership within the business travel industry
- Effective communication skills, oral, written and presentation
- Computer literate in business software applications
- Able and willing to travel domestically
- College, Associate, or University degree or equivalent experience
