Manager, CSS Implementations – Projects – Change Management (Remote)
Full time, Spain/Costa Rica/Colombia/Poland/Argentina/Mexico
The Manager is accountable for the functional areas of CSS IPCM Operations. Within this role, the Manager will have direct reporting lines and is responsible for resources as their leader, coach, performance reviewer, and compliance and accountability owner.
As a Manager, CSS Implementations – Projects – Change Management, you will
- Develop, mentor, and coach members of the team
- Focus on personnel recruiting, hiring, training, and separation
- Assure annual performance review delivery and regular feedback for downline employees and adhere to probationary durations
- Develop and implement service level and quality standards, ensuring the team meets or exceeds expectations
- Create and execute plans, provide clear and accurate documentation, and ensure transparency of all work is available to the business in real-time
- Work on continuous process improvement; frequently reviewing processes and service delivery to identify opportunities for improvement
- Liaise with other managers, peer departments, and functions to gain information, make good decisions, reduce risks, and improve collaboration and resolution expeditiously
- Be responsible for several key client-facing areas of CSS; This requires a high level of coordination and consultation to ensure that customer expectations are satisfied.
- Drive implementation by acting as a key driver as it relates to the Implementation support area, ensuring that client implementation objectives and deliverables are consistently met
- Be responsible for the resources that provide the first line of support for project questions, issues, and CSS-related hardware and software questions
About you
- Prior experience in a leadership role in the travel industry
- Extensive experience in a qualified project management role in the travel industry
- Proven success in leading projects in travel management operations
- Experience with Project Management software and GDS
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to be flexible with working hours based on the needs of the projects
