We are seeking a Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master to drive end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives while enabling high-performing agile teams. This hybrid role requires strong program and project management skills, hands-on Scrum facilitation, deep working knowledge of Jira, and the ability to engage effectively with backend and frontend engineering teams. Prior experience working in Cisco environments is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management

• Own planning, execution, tracking, and delivery across multiple workstreams and agile teams.
  • Manage scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure predictable delivery.
  • Provide clear, executive-level status reporting, metrics, and delivery insights.
  Agile / Scrum Facilitation
  • Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize work.
  • Remove impediments and coach teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement.
  Jira & Tooling
  • Own Jira configuration and usage, including epics, stories, tasks, workflows, sprint boards, dashboards, and reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and transparency for velocity, burn-downs, capacity planning, and dependency tracking.
  Technical Coordination
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Coordinate delivery across backend components (APIs, databases, microservices, data pipelines) and frontend components (web applications, dashboards, UI frameworks).
  • Ensure technical dependencies and integration points are clearly understood and managed.
  Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.
  • Communicate timelines, risks, trade-offs, and decisions clearly and proactively.
  • Support release planning, UAT coordination, and production readiness.
  
  Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in a software delivery environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for agile delivery, reporting, and governance.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Working knowledge of backend and frontend architectures sufficient to manage dependencies and guide discussions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  Preferred / Nice-to-Have
  • Experience working on Cisco platforms, tools, or enterprise programs.
  • Exposure to large-scale, multi-team or distributed agile programs.
  • Agile or program management certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMP, etc.).
