California Climate Action Corps (CCAC) is a state service program that mobilizes emerging leaders to take direct climate action in communities across California. The Program Manager: Member & Team Success will support over 400 fellows and 100+ host partners, developing and implementing internal policies and protocols for conflict resolution, performance coaching, and grievance handling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, social work, or restorative justice
- Staff/fellow supervision or program coordination experience
- Conflict resolution, coaching, or peer support experience
- Experience supporting people experiencing stress, trauma, or burnout
- Strong working knowledge of California HR law, employment compliance, and/or AmeriCorps policies
