This segment's solutions are pivotal in transforming, transferring, and transporting energy efficiently, while also focusing on capturing and reducing emissions—addressing a core challenge of the energy transition. The IET portfolio includes advanced technologies in gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors, generators, gearboxes, and expanders, alongside critical sensor-based technologies and condition monitoring solutions from product brands like Panametrics, Druck, Reuter-Stokes, and Bently Nevada. We are committed to making energy safer, cleaner, and more efficient for people and the planet by developing and deploying innovative technologies and services. This includes a focus on decarbonizing energy and hard-to-abate industries through climate technology solutions and investing in areas like hydrogen production, geothermal energy, and carbon capture, utilization, and storage.
