Payment Execution Specialist

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

• Input/handle all the incoming and outgoing payment transactions
• Oversee day-to-day financial activities
• Carry out the reconciliation of all bank accounts to ensure that all banking transactions are accurate and consistent with factual transactions as recorded
• Ensure that accurate financial and relevant records are kept for all treasury transactions
• Coordinate and maintain a cash forecasting system to ensure that adequate funds are available to meet the working requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into associated record-keeping tools, maintaining precise records for effective financial management
• Ensure required liquidity levels are met on a daily basis in cross-team collaboration.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• At least 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance Operations, or a similar role
• Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reconciliations, financial tracking)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Good English and fluent russian (both written and spoken)
