Job Description

If you’re a bold, passionate, and extroverted designer who thrives on creativity, collaboration, and innovation, this role is for you. We’re looking for a Creative Designer to join our in-house team and play a key role in shaping King of Reach’s visual identity across both digital and print. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and innovative designer to collaborate with the Design Lead and a growing team of designers, producing high-quality creative assets that drive our brand’s growth!

Reach your full potential as a Creative Designer

As a Creative Designer, you’ll work closely with our design team and the broader marketing team, contributing to creative projects that shape our brand’s presence across multiple channels. We’re in an exciting phase of expansion, having recently rebranded King of Reach into a bold and playful identity. We believe that just because we are a serious B2B brand doesn’t mean we can’t be relevant and cool.

You'll work side-by-side with a talented Design Lead and fellow designers who truly live and breathe creativity. This is what you’ll be doing:

  • Graphic Design & Content Creation – Develop creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, website content, presentations, and branding materials.
  • Print & Event Design – Design high-quality print materials, including large-format graphics for events, banners, posters, and planograms. Ensure designs are scalable and optimized for high-resolution printing.
  • Brand Consistency – Ensure all visual output aligns with our brand identity and meets a high standard of quality.
  • Concept Development – Work closely with the Design Lead and design team to generate and execute ideas that elevate our brand and engage audiences.
  • Website & UI Support – Assist in refining and enhancing digital experiences through thoughtful design.
  • AI & Innovation in Design – Experiment with AI tools to enhance creative workflows and push design boundaries.
  • Collaboration – Work alongside copywriters, videographers, designers, and marketing teams to produce cohesive, impactful creative projects.
  • Production & File Preparation – Ensure final files meet print production requirements, working with vendors to guarantee top-quality execution.

You’re not just creative, you’re also highly organized. You know how to manage your time wisely and stick to deadlines without compromising quality. What truly sets you apart is your passion for innovation—especially when it comes to AI—and your curiosity about how technology can take creativity to the next level.

Collaboration is in your nature. You're comfortable working within a large, global organization and enjoy teaming up across different brands and departments. At the same time, you're perfectly capable of working independently, taking ownership of projects while staying open to feedback and co-creation.

And when it comes to communication? You’re confident, clear, and ready to present and defend your creative ideas with flair.

You:

  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a creative agency, marketing team, or brand studio with FMCG experience.
  • Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Have experience with motion graphics or AI-assisted design – we primarly use Canva for animations
  • Have strong print skills, including experience designing for large-scale formats and preparing files for professional printing
  • You have a true passion for AI & innovation, with curiosity about how technology can enhance creativity.
  • Are able to provide an online portfolio including your strongest digital and print work, any AI-driven or motion design projects and examples of work created in collaboration with others (e.g. developers, marketing teams, clients)

Additional Information

We offer you

  • A salary between €45k to €55k gross a year, in line with your experience, plus a yearly fixed Christmas bonus and a performance dependent bonus
  • Initially, a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment

  • A travel allowance of up to 75 km on single trip travel when working at the office, or an allowance if you’re working remotely (from home)
