The Market Access and Strategic Accounts Associate is a new role for Azurity Pharmaceuticals. This position is responsible for various aspects of Market Access and Strategic Accounts (MASA) including supporting MASA Leadership, Strategic Accounts, Patient Support, and Trade and Channel Management related activities. This is a generalist role with opportunity for growth and development within the MASA organization.
A successful Market Access Associate is a self-starter, takes initiative, and a quick learner. The position requires adaptability, time management skills, and the ability to work within short deadlines.
At every level within MASA, leadership development is a core focus. This role will be foundational learning for the next career step.
On the job training is continuous due to new product launches, increase in job responsibilities, and change of priorities. You will learn the overall Azurity and Market Access. This is a growth opportunity.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Support the MASA Team administratively on daily and project functions in specific pillars primarily Trade and Patient Support including but not limited:
- Increase efficiency in the management of specific MASA processes
- Support MASA with overall organizational efficiency and contract system
- Foster and promote internal cross functional relationships to keep consistent communication
- Initiate and facilitate the Azurity contracting system for the MASA department. Track contracts.
- EZ-Rx pharmacies maintenance and monthly communications
- Provides historical reference by developing and recording meeting minutes
- Handle other responsibilities related as required/assigned
- Maintains MASA representation by attending cross functional meetings and providing meeting recaps.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proactive Team Player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to this multifaceted role that covers all the MASA Pillars
- Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel Skills a must
- Analytic ability to analyze and summarize the main points and concepts
- Possess the curiosity and experience with researching
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills, especially with process improvement
- Proactive behavior and ability to keep timelines
- High degree of responsibility and accountability and responsiveness
- Ability to develop cooperative working relationships with all levels of staff
- Capable of working in a team-oriented and rapidly changing environment
