AweSM

AweSM began with founders Petter Erik Nyvoll and Maria Rygge recognizing that their experience selling from stages could be combined with the emerging power of webinars to create a location-independent online business. After testing three webinars, their third attempt recovered the advertising spend and demonstrated that knowledge businesses could be built around live online events. The founders began teaching European coaches, consultants, and experts in October 2017, helping them attract clients, sell online courses, and build webinar funnels. They subsequently relocated from Norway to Vietnam and expanded into a remote team operating across countries.

Today, AweSM has evolved from its original webinar and sales-marketing programs into a business focused on AI agents and business automation. The company maps repetitive work, builds agents that operate on a company's own server, integrates them with existing systems, and provides ongoing monitoring and improvement. Its agents handle work such as inbox management, document checks, reporting, follow-up, customer service, and advertising. According to AweSM, the company first tests these systems internally, where 32 agents now support activities including finance, email, customer service, advertising, and content.
