Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for cross-department tech initiatives that are part of strategic business development opportunities.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budget to effectively execute project objectives

• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing proactive measures to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Ensure that all projects operate consistently and ethically within the organization's mission and values.

• Closely work with tech teams members (architecture, engineering, product, QA's, etc) to ensure the successful delivery of the initiatives as well as with business stakeholders assuring that the deliverables fit the business needs.

• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations and external stakeholders.

• Advocate for and contribute to the continuous improvement in the product and engineering communities.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a similar project management role

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in technology

• Strong experience in project planning, stakeholder management and risk analysis

• Excellent communication skills including high level fluent English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members

Nice to have

• Experience in working with Agile methodologies and product development best practices will be a plus

• Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 will be a plus.

• Knowledge of the Automotive industry is also a plus.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence and collaborative tools
