Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated finance professional to join the COO Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst, reporting to the Financial Analysis Senior Manager of the EMEA Financial Analysis team. You will be primarily focusing on existing and evolving financial metrics (from core billings and revenue measures to ACV and AOV) consistent with our overall business model transition.

Also, you will focus on strategic analysis and ad hoc projects supporting our EMEA Territory team. You will work with the Sales VP, Sales Senior Directors, and Finance Partners in addition to being an important interface to COO Finance HQ.

You will possess experience with financial planning and analysis, building and delivering reliable, accurate financial data, modelling and analysis, and being able to understand and articulate growth beyond numbers. Technically sound, passionate for process improvement, organisation knowledgeable, but also able to think strategically, you must demonstrate critical thinking, excellent analytical and communication skills and always open for changes as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong partnership with our key stakeholders (Sales VP, Sales Senior Directors, and Finance Business Partners) to provide analysis support for the assigned business group
  • Communicate effectively to our partners around processes update, important deliverables, and timelines per requirements from COO Finance HQ
  • Manage weekly processes and deliverables, working with important partners which may include forecast, planning, projects, etc.
  • Help build robust financial models for new business metrics
  • Key role in end of quarter process including partnering with multiple teams (Revenue accounting, Global Customer Support & Operation, Sales, Finance)
  • Provide strategic and tactical support on annual budgeting and planning process
  • Manage quarter end executive reporting and presentations, support quarterly operations review, and quarterly business reviews
  • Provide regular and ad hoc analysis, build financial report and modeling and drive insightful color of business performances
  • Work across functions to lead efficient processes and systems, and use best practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Business equivalent
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a finance analyse role
  • Technically sound, systems knowledgeable with advanced skills in Excel modelling; Experience in financial software (i.e. Business Objects, SAP, Anaplan, Qlikview) is a plus
  • Track record in managing large datasets and the ability to tackle complex issues using financial models and quantitative analysis
  • Able to manage multiple tasks while adhering deadlines; partner with important partners to lead forecast decisions
