AI at Atomi
At Atomi, we’ve pioneered the use of AI for instant marking and personalised feedback within online interactive assessments. This helps us deliver effective learning and teaching to 700+ high schools across Australia and beyond.
To support our continued growth in this space, we’re looking for an Academic Marker with a deep understanding of the Australian Science and Mathematics high school curriculum to ensure that our AI Marking Feedback systems operate safely and continue to exceed our high standards of accuracy and relevance.
Experience required:
- We are seeking current educators with proven excellence in the Australian high school Science and Mathematics education sectors. Ideal talent will have a strong track record of academic results and relevant teaching credentials.
- Experience in student assessment and marking is essential.
- Ability to work methodically through complex problems step-by-step with a clear rationale. You use your quantitative skills and reasoned arguments to make clear judgments.
- An interest in how AI can transform educational practices, with a willingness to bridge traditional assessment methods with innovative technological solutions.
This project:
- This an opportunity for an independent contractor to support us on a 3-6 month contract.
- The ideal contractor will be comfortable dedicating 4-8 hours each week to this project and can work remotely or from our Ultimo offices.
- To be considered for this project, you must have an active Public Liability Insurance Policy.
- As an independent contractor, you will need to pay your own income tax on money earned from this project and to comply with tax laws, and you may need to pay GST.
- As well as paying your own tax, you will need to make your own superannuation contributions.
