Vice President, Total Rewards
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As the Vice President of Total Rewards, you will lead the strategic direction, design, implementation, and management of the organization's total rewards programs. This role is crucial in ensuring that our compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies attract, retain, and motivate top talent while aligning with the company's overall business objectives and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports the organization's goals and promotes a competitive advantage in the market.
- Partner with senior leadership to align total rewards initiatives with business strategies and objectives.
Compensation Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and equity compensation.
- Ensure compensation structures are fair, equitable, and compliant with regulations.
Benefits Administration:
- Lead the design and management of employee benefits programs, including health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs.
- Evaluate market trends and benchmarks to ensure benefits packages remain competitive and cost-effective.
Performance and Recognition Programs:
- Develop and implement strategies for performance management, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and recognition programs.
- Drive initiatives that reinforce a culture of high performance and recognition.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Stay current with regulatory changes related to compensation and benefits; ensure programs comply with legal requirements.
- Mitigate risks associated with compensation and benefits practices through effective policies and procedures.
Analytics and Insights:
- Utilize data analytics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
- Provide insights to senior management on compensation trends, employee engagement, and retention.
Communication and Education:
- Develop communication strategies to effectively educate and inform employees about total rewards programs.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure effective rollout and understanding of new initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in total rewards management, with significant experience in compensation and benefits strategy development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of compensation practices, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of using data to drive decisions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional - CCP) is desirable.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in Workday will be advantageous.
Physical Demand & Work Environment:
- Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which my include prolonged sitting or standing
- Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment
- Must be able to use a computer

Salary Range
$155,800.00 - $246,000.00 USD (Salary)- Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
- Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position. Where an applicant or employee is placed on this range will depend and be contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, preferred qualifications, among other factors.
