Product Delivery Manager, GCC, India

The primary purpose of this position is to act as the product owner to translate, communicate and deliver desired business solutions that enable the continued growth and expansion of our Connect Living and Automotive lines of business, as well as ensuring timely and on budget delivery. The business needs range from the implementation of new clients, expanding products and services with existing clients and the implementation of new products and services.

The primary objective of this position is to help ensure we deliver on our commitments to clients and internal stakeholders, with a focus on timeliness, quality, and continual improvement.

This position will be Hybrid at our India location.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Partnering with clients and internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Operations and Strategy, to analyze, define and document desired business solutions.
  • Working closely with the Technology teams to effectively translate desired business solutions into technical, functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Articulating clear user stories and mapping documents.
  • Business oversight for the review and approval of technical requirements for development.
  • Maintain and report RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies) logs to stakeholders by having a good understanding of the program deliverables and current status.
  • Ensuring delivery of the client and business needs within agreed upon timelines and budget.
  • Driving the coordination of a test strategy and test plan, including but not limited to Systems Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Post Go-Live Hypercare.
  • Coordination with additional functional areas, such as Legal, Marketing and Compliance to aid in the creation, review and deployment of program support materials and artifacts.
  • Aiding in continual process improvement related to implementation and program delivery methods.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Experience in successful interactions with clients to deliver products or services.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of how to draft effective user stories.
  • Understanding of technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Well organized.

What are the basic qualifications required - experience, skills, and knowledge needed for this position?

  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience.
  • Efficient in MS skills [Excel & Power point].
  • Multilinguistic candidate.
  • Client handling/coordination.
  • Should be flexible for traveling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • PMP certification preferred.
