As a Lofty Expert & Lead Manager, you’ll sit at the center of a fast-moving real estate sales environment where lead speed, CRM discipline, and system adoption directly impact revenue. You’ll have structured processes, ongoing coaching, and a dedicated Success Manager to support your growth and performance.

About the Role

As a Lofty Expert & Lead Manager with Assistantly, you will fully own the Lofty platform while actively managing inbound leads to ensure every opportunity is captured, qualified, and routed properly. Agents rely on the CRM to drive daily activity, and your role is to ensure the system runs cleanly, efficiently, and consistently across the team.

The environment is structured, fast-paced, and accountability-driven, where strong systems and proactive execution keep the team performing at a high level.

Requirements

  • Serve as the Lofty Subject Matter Expert, acting as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related questions and troubleshooting
  • Train and support agents on how to properly use Lofty, ensuring adoption, consistency, and best practices across the team
  • Own the entire Lofty platform, including setup, workflows, tagging, automation, and pipeline optimization
  • Manage inbound company leads as an ISA, responding quickly, qualifying prospects, and routing opportunities appropriately
  • Ensure no lead goes untouched, monitoring follow-ups and holding agents accountable to response standards
  • Audit and improve current CRM workflows, identifying gaps and implementing smarter systems to increase efficiency and conversion
  • Create and optimize drip campaigns and automation sequences for buyers, sellers, and long-term nurture
  • Track lead activity and pipeline health, providing visibility into performance and areas for improvement
  • Recommend strategic enhancements to improve speed-to-lead, follow-up consistency, and overall CRM performance
  • Maintain clean data hygiene, updating records, managing duplicates, and keeping the database organized

Non-Negotiables

  • 3+ years experience managing a real estate CRM (must-have)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Lofty CRM (must-have)
  • Experience working as an ISA or managing inbound real estate leads (must-have)
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales funnels and lead conversion processes (must-have)
  • Confident communicator comfortable teaching and training others
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and strategic thinker who suggests improvements, not just executes tasks
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results
