Unicorn Role Overview: Are you a master of multitasking and providing exceptional client support? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, effortlessly managing schedules and responding to client needs? Then this Client Success Manager role might be your perfect fit! As a Client Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, actively engaging with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges. Using your problem-solving skills, you'll provide tailored solutions to help clients achieve success!

Requirements

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve success
  • Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Monitor client usage and performance metrics, proactively identify areas for improvement, and work with clients to optimize their outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients
  • Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their feedback is communicated and incorporated into our product roadmap and service enhancements

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in client success or account management roles
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • A strong internet connection and WFH remote office set up.
