Workday Integration Developer

We are seeking an experienced and certified Workday Integration/Studio Developer to design, develop, and support complex integrations within the Workday platform. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations and a strong background in Workday Studio. You will play a key role in supporting Workday STUDENT initiatives and enabling seamless data flow between Workday and other enterprise systems.

Tasks

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Cloud Connect, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Develop custom Workday Studio solutions to meet business and system requirements.
• Collaborate with functional HR teams, technical teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues and ensure timely resolution with minimal impact on business operations.
• Participate in Workday updates and ensure integrations are updated and tested accordingly.
• Maintain documentation for integrations, processes, and best practices.
• Support data transformation, validation, and transmission between Workday and third-party systems.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all integration activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday Integrations.
• Required Certification: Workday Integration Certification.
• Preferred Certification: Workday Studio Certification.
• Proven experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of XSLT, XML, Web Services, and middleware technologies.
• Experience with reporting tools, Workday Report Writer, and calculated fields.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
