ARQIS is an independent, internationally operating commercial law firm founded in 2006. With a team of approximately 80 lawyers and legal specialists, the firm provides high-level legal advice to both domestic and foreign companies on key issues of German, European, and Japanese commercial law. The firm has established offices in Düsseldorf, Munich, and Tokyo, complemented by a talent hub in Berlin, positioning itself to serve a diverse client base across Europe and Asia. The firm's advisory services are structured into six distinct focus groups: Transactions, HR.Law, Japan, Data.Law, Risk, and Regulatory. The HR.Law group addresses complex challenges in the modern world of work, including classic labor law and emerging fields like AI and big data.
