WHO YOU ARE:Arootah is seeking certified Communications Coaches with expertise in helping clients master core communication skills. As a Communications Coach, you will work with high-potential employees, guiding them in refining their presentation skills, executive presence, handling difficult conversations, and giving and receiving feedback effectively.
What You'll Do
- Use Arootah’s coaching processes, proprietary tools, and technology to support clients in reaching their professional communication goals.
- Coach clients on effective presentation skills, public speaking, executive presence, and impactful communication.
- Help clients build strategies for handling difficult conversations, managing conflict, and giving constructive feedback.
- Simplify and clarify client goals to enhance their interpersonal communication and influence.
- Develop monthly action plans focused on communication and leadership growth.
- Identify communication roadblocks and guide clients in overcoming them with tailored strategies.
- Break down larger goals into actionable steps, creating customized action plans for each objective.
- Provide clients with resources, techniques, and exercises to boost their confidence and communication effectiveness.
- Teach and model positive communication techniques to build strong rapport and executive presence.
- Evaluate client progress, offering feedback and adjustments as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of coaching sessions and progress.
Requirements
- ICF or comparable coaching certification with a specialty in communication coaching
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven expertise in coaching communication skills, including presentations, public speaking, executive presence, difficult conversations, and feedback delivery.
- 360 Assessment experience/certification.
- Experience coaching C-suite executives and other leaders.
- Passion for helping others improve their communication and professional presence.
- 5+ years of coaching experience, ideally with a business background.
- Strong rapport-building skills and ability to work effectively with clients globally.
- Effective and empathetic communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint.
