Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

• Rank and traffic monitoring and optimisation as needed
• SEO Strategy Development
• Keyword and Strategy Research and Management
• Technical SEO including schema javascript issues
• SEO Migration Plans for website projects
• Working closely with our outreach team, content creator and copywriter and development team for SEO implementation
• Analyse data and use analytics to compile SEO reports.
• Site audits, collecting and analysing data and setting goals
• GMB Management and Optimisation (Local Search)
• Review current SEO campaigns for strategies and insights to improve results
• Competitor Analysis and industry benchmarking
• Utilisation of latest SEO techniques and upcoming changes

Requirements

- 2 to 3 years minimum SEO experience

- Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Copyscape, etc

- In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology, particularly in SEO

- With a deep background in a remote setup of work similar to freelancing as an independent contractor (deep understanding of the pros cons involved in this industry)

- With passion about SEO and a very solid understanding of how SEO works

- Ability to work independently alongside and collaborate with other area specialists such as SEM, Content, Web Design and more

- Self starter, curious by results and testing

- Happy, positive attitude with a real love for SEO and results

- Good communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate SEO requirements and results to stakeholders

- Highly organized and detail-oriented. Be able to track and monitor the project in a timely manner

- Ability to communicate effectively with the team and with clients

- Flexible and can work any hours of the day

- With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (LAN or Fiber) and with internet backup
