We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven, and partner-focused Senior Demand Partnership Manager to join the BidMachine team – our high-performing, innovative platform focused on real-time bidding and ad exchange technology.

This is a critical leadership role where you will be directly responsible for scaling demand-side partnerships and driving revenue growth. You’ll work at the intersection of data analytics, trading optimization, and relationship management, collaborating with internal teams and external strategic partners to unlock new growth opportunities.

You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, love getting your hands dirty, and be equally comfortable diving into dashboards as you are negotiating deals with key DSPs, agencies, and direct advertisers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow strategic demand partnerships with DSPs, ad networks, agencies, and direct advertisers – with a hands-on approach from outreach to optimization.

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and scaling high-performing demand channels across global markets.

  • Analyze trading performance, optimize key metrics (fill rate, CPM, eCPM, win rate), and execute strategies to improve yield and overall exchange performance.

  • Partner closely with the Product and Tech teams to ensure demand partners are successfully integrated, supported, and optimized.

  • Build and maintain data-driven dashboards and reports to monitor and improve trading efficiency, partner contribution, and overall marketplace health.

  • Collaborate with Supply, Marketing, and BD teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and cross-functional alignment.

  • Represent BidMachine externally at industry events and in high-level partner conversations.

  • Act as a player-coach – leading the team while staying close to the actual operations and partner performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, AdTech, or digital media, with a focus on demand-side operations and partnerships.

  • Proven track record of building and growing relationships with DSPs, agencies, or advertisers.

  • Strong understanding of RTB, trading mechanics, floor pricing, auction dynamics, and ad quality.

  • High proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Looker, BigQuery, SQL, or similar).

  • Comfortable working with large datasets to identify trends, performance blockers, and optimization opportunities.

  • Natural collaborator with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic thinker who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dig into the details.

Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
