Our client, a global leader in customer experience solutions, is partnering with one of the world's largest online travel platforms. We are looking for a Czech/Slovak Travel Agent to join their team in Athens, either on-site or remotely. In this role, you'll support travelers and accommodation partners worldwide, ensuring smooth booking experiences and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer and partner queries via phone, email, and chat in both Czech/Slovak and English
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and general travel-related issues
- Provide guidance on platform tools, policies, and procedures
- Log all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and follow-up
- Identify issues, resolve them quickly, and escalate when necessary
- Maintain professionalism and empathy, particularly in stressful situations
- Consistently meet service quality and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English (verbal and written)
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
