Position: CSW Resource Coordinator
Location: Remote, Monday-Friday
Compensation: $55,000 per year

We are seeking a CSW Resource Coordinator to join our team remotely. This role will directly support the Commercial Stormwater Operations and Recruiting Team, ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience for new employees.
What you’ll do:
- Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, ensuring smooth hiring workflows.
- Conduct interviews with prospective candidates for the Commercial Stormwater Team.
- Assist with virtual onboarding, including setting up new hire accounts and facilitating orientation.
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to provide candidate feedback and answer process-related inquiries.
- Assist with data reporting on hiring efforts in relation to operational goals, tracking recruitment metrics and trends.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance recruitment efficiency.

What we're looking for:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse ATS experience a plus).
