Respond to inquiries and provide ongoing client support

Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate virtual tools and digital systems
Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or sales is beneficial but not required
Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic remote environment
