Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Software Product Owner to join our Agile organization. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in defining and prioritizing the features and functionality of one of our SaaS products offered on the web and in our mobile applications.

You will serve as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders to ensure that our products align with business goals and our customer needs.

Requirements

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from Sales & Marketing, Operations to understand business needs and translate them into detailed product requirements.

• End to End Product Ownership: Own and lead product features from its inception to end user experience with focus on delivery on time and quality.
• Backlog Management: Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, and participate in agile product development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives ensuring driving ownership and product delivery.
• Product Vision and Roadmap: Work with the Director of Product Development in defining a product vision and roadmap in alignment with overall business strategy. Translate business opportunities into tangible product plans.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data insights and analytics to measure product performance, track key metrics, and optimize product development strategy.
• Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to inform product decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in end to end product management and ownership within a software development environment with a proven track record of successful product delivery.
• Agile Expertise: Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with experience in leading best practices in Agile teams.
• Customer Centricity: Demonstrated ability to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and translate those into actionable product features.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong grasp of software development principles and technologies to interface effectively with engineering teams.
