Product Designer

Antai Ventures is looking for an AI-native Product Designer to join their Product & Tech team in Barcelona. The role involves designing end-to-end product experiences, using AI tools, and working with cross-functional teams to define and ship new products and features.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio
• Excellent UX/UI design skills and pragmatic approach
• AI-native approach to work, using AI tools to research, think, prototype, and ship faster
• Comfortable using agentic systems, AI copilots, automation workflows, and multi-step AI tools
• Solid experience with Figma and research, user testing, analytics, experimentation, competitor analysis, and defining product metrics
