Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of high-end client events, activations, and other large volume experiential marketing programs.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for established experiential programs, as well as strategize and support new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external resources to ensure seamless execution of large scale events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including their agency, marketing, and executive leadership.
- Analyze data to track the performance of existing experiential programs and identify areas for improvement and efficiencies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven experience in experiential marketing, event management, or a related field. Experience within the automotive experiential industry is highly encouraged.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously.
- Budgeting & Financial Management: Experience in managing budgets and financial resources.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the experiential industry and process flows required to successfully manage an event.
