You will:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support decision-making processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
  • Analyze financial results, understand the causes of unexpected variances, deliver reports on findings to senior management, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve future financial results.
  • Partner with department leaders across the company to understand key business levers and ensure their teams are sufficiently resourced to invest in key initiatives and achieve company goals
  • Partner with Accounting and Business Operations teams to improve the financial infrastructure, systems & processes within the CFO organization
  • Prepare analyses and materials to communicate business performance and trends to the executive team, board members, and investors
  • Complete ad-hoc business projects and financial modeling analysis that drive decision-making including strategic investments, M&A and product scoping

You have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is highly preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience concentrated in financial planning and analysis, with demonstrated expertise in accounting and corporate finance.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to develop and manage complex financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information in an understandable and persuasive manner to non-financial personnel.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as Netsuite, ADP, or similar platforms. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in a high-growth tech or startup environment, with a keen understanding of the challenges and dynamics that come with such settings.
If you don’t tick every box above, we’d still encourage you to apply. We’re building a diverse team whose skills balance and complement one another.
