Anagram builds lasting awareness by teaching people to see, think, and act differently in an always-changing security landscape. We’re looking for a founding BDR, to work directly with the CEO and our founding AE. You’ll be running disciplined outbound, qualifying inbound, and building the operating system that creates our pipeline.
Your job will be to
- Build and work a list of CISOs and security leaders at mid‑market/enterprise orgs.
- Execute a multi‑touch outbound program: phone (200+ calls a day), LinkedIn, email, physical mail, and events.
- Book and hold qualified discovery meetings.
- Qualify all inbound and route to AE with crisp notes and next steps.
- Keep detailed, up-to-date records of all activity, outcomes, and learnings.
- Hit weekly and monthly SQL goals; scale what’s working and kill what’s not.

- You’re comfortable with the tools of modern outbound (we’ll train where needed): Nooks/Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HeyReach, Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, Clay
- You have a natural curiosity about how things work and how to make them better.
