TECHNICAL TRAVEL SPECIALIST (TTS) (P2 Level)

The Technical Travel Specialist reports to a Team Manager within S.I.D. The TTS is responsible for testing and signing off Online Booking tools for new clients, migrations and expansions as required by the business.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Testing and signing off for new client online implementation, client migrations and extensions.
• Review PNR created via Online Booking Tool (Concur, Neo, Cytric).
• Analyze the data E2E.
• Data in Online Booking Tool >> synchronizing to GDS correctly >> pass to Compleat for QC correctly >> pass to AGM correctly (FOP, data file check, e-invoicing, MI fields & values) >> map correctly in to GMAX >> output received (invoice).
• Identify incorrect setup and gaps. Provide guidelines feedback to Deployment Manager.

Key Qualifications:

• English languages required.
• Analytical skills.
• Confident & persuasive.
• Always demonstrates professional attitude.
• Commercial awareness.
• Good understanding of Amadeus, Compleat, AGM, GMAX.
• Base understanding of the GBT branded tools (Connect Client, Expert Care, Expert Auditor, Air Track Expert, GBT Account, Connect Profile etc.).
• Ability to work independently whilst contributing to the overall team objectives.
• Capacity to work virtually and strong organizational skills.
• Good communicator at all levels both written and oral.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective time management, multi-tasking prioritization skills.
