We are looking for you to support our team "Projects, integrated Planning and Realization" in project management with planning experience for construction projects worldwide, here with focus Americas and based in Mexico. • You will take over the project management for new construction projects and project developments worldwide, here with focus Americas with responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and safety.
• You will lead the entire planning, realization and transition process and will be the contact person for the client and the division management in all project matters.
• You will manage the entire planning, realization and transition process together with the respective project team, operators and users.

Requisitos

• Education: Successfully completed degree in architecture, civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Personality: able to work in a team, reliable, strong in communication, creative, innovative and socially competent
• Working style: Independent, self-reliant, customer-oriented, strong leadership skills, goal- and solution-oriented.
• Experience and know-how: Several years of professional experience in the field of planning and project management, as well as several years of international experience in the management of national and international construction projects of the highest complexity.

Responsible construction site management, part project management or first experience in project management.

• Qualifications: knowledge of the entire planning and construction process from the idea, the realization to the handover to operation, as well as an understanding of production engineering procedures, processes and plants and their integration as well as collaboration models and inspiring working conditions.
• Enthusiasm: complex construction projects, willingness to be mobile and intercultural sensitivity
• Languages: very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
