What You’ll Do:

Project Management Support:

  • Assist the Travel Manager in the planning and execution of client travel programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Utilize project management skills to coordinate tasks, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with client to gather requirements, address concerns, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Proactively address issues to ensure smooth project progression and successful outcomes.
  • Gets results by operating with a sense of urgency, employing effective time management to deliver results within deadlines.
  • Global project management support including but not limited to, maintaining project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.

Data Reporting and Insights:

  • Consolidate data from various sources to provide a comprehensive view on project data requirements.
  • Support the Travel Manager in using data analytics tools to generate reports and insights for client review.
  • Uses analytical and creative approach to condense large amounts of data into a clear, concise, effective format.
  • Collaborate with the Travel Manager in analysing feedback from traveler surveys, extracting valuable insights to understand overall satisfaction levels and areas for improvement in the corporate travel program.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Collaborate with the Travel Manager in creating compelling and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, ensuring that key project insights and recommendations are effectively communicated.
  • Summarize complex project details, data analyses, and outcomes into concise and accessible formats, facilitating clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Interact directly with the customer, possessing strong customer service and consultation focus.
  • Strong Project Management and organizational skills.
  • Must have knowledge of group air processes / travel to meetings setup.
  • Must be a self-starter & able to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility.
