Acts as an agent of the broker assigned accounts for Private Client Services, including servicing and/or solicitation activities. Manages the book of business and directs the work of a service team.
Requirements
- Receive and develop new business leads from Producers or identify and develop cross-sell opportunities
- Responsible for renewal business and soliciting additional lines of coverage
- Evaluate assigned client coverage portfolio to implement cross-selling opportunities and solicitation of additional lines of coverage
- Service account and provide claims support as needed
- Analyze exposure base to identify program deficiencies and developing proper marketing strategies
- Complete applications, obtain quotes, negotiate premiums and commissions, and prepare proposals and presentations
- Bind coverage, identify deficiencies, and determine the appropriate level of coverage
- Meet with clients as needed or as directed by Producer
- Review accounting history, respond to accounting inquiries, correct discrepancies, and contact clients on receivable collections
- Serve as a technical expert, assist department members in resolving complex issues
- Handle collection of fees, reconciling and resolving any outstanding balances within 90 days of invoicing
- Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enter and maintain complete and accurate information)
- Other duties as assigned.
