Requirements
- 3+ years of design experience and art direction in agency and in-house studio experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity aligned closely with strategy.
- Ability to negotiate and make targeted decisions quickly to build credibility.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Presentation, business development, and selling skills.
- High-level understanding of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, HTML, digital and emerging trends.
- Experience in XD (IN5) is ideal.
- Design portfolio with extensive digital work and proven ability to produce cutting-edge creative work spanning multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of production and post-production process for digital and print.
- BFA or BA in related fields. Any HR/Benefits experience relevant in this role.
