Zoom is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to support the Regional Marketing Lead in executing full-funnel B2B marketing campaigns across the AMER region.
This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working cross-functionally across regional and global teams. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing campaign execution, audience segmentation, reporting, and event coordination while driving alignment across stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the AMER region within global campaign pods and communicate campaign updates back to regional stakeholders.
- Support the execution of integrated full-funnel B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Own audience segmentation strategy in partnership with Business Operations and Campaign Operations teams.
- Partner with Campaign Operations on program builds, lead routing, and audience targeting initiatives.
- Develop and execute email nurtures and Outreach sequences to support pipeline generation and customer engagement.
- Manage A/B testing strategies and campaign optimization efforts.
- Track campaign performance metrics and share actionable insights with regional and global teams.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person marketing events as needed.
- Maintain operational marketing materials and sales enablement assets to ensure teams have updated resources.
- Partner with external vendors to support sponsorship activations and demand generation campaign deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5–7 years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, or campaign marketing within B2B technology or SaaS organizations.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and marketing tactics across the funnel.
- Experience with audience segmentation and familiarity with intent-based marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to operate independently and proactively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience supporting campaign reporting, optimization, and performance tracking.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting regional or global B2B marketing programs.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Experience coordinating both virtual and in-person marketing events.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
