To bring our vision to life, we need to successfully enable our internal teams, customers and partners to leverage Aleph Alpha’s sovereign solution stack, ensuring they can harness AI’s full potential with confidence and security.
As an Onboarding & Enablement Intern, you will support the rollout of our new onboarding strategy and help maintain and improve our growing learning infrastructure. You will work closely with the Enablement and Academy team and contribute to delivering smooth, effective learning experiences across the company.
Your responsibilities
Coordinate new hires onboarding logistics, including materials, communications, and session scheduling across teams and systems, such as calendar invites, participant coordination, and operational setup.
Support automation efforts by helping transition manual tasks to scalable workflows.
Test and review user onboarding flows in the Learning Management System (LMS “Docebo”), by gathering and compiling feedback to support continuous improvement.
Maintain internal learning resources by reviewing, updating, and migrating content; assist with editing visuals and slides.
Collaborate with teams to assess learning content health and implement updates as needed.
Your profile
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree.
Based in the Heidelberg area or otherwise ready to relocate to come to our Heidelberg office regularly, potentially weekly.
Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of proficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and confidence working with digital platforms.
Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented, with a hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn.
Experience with the Learning Management System (LMS “Docebo”), Confluence, Workflow automation tools is a plus.
