We are seeking a dynamic and experienced growth marketer to join our B2B healthtech company. As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth for our company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Work with the product team to develop and launch new features and products that drive growth.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve user experience.

  • Craft compelling copy for our website and landing pages that resonates with our target audiences, driving engagement and conversions.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to improve our marketing efforts.

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and other online marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to develop messaging and campaigns that drive leads and conversions.

  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing for B2B companies, preferably in the healthtech industry and/or in emerging or frontier markets.

  • Experience using SQL to query and analyze data.

  • Proven ability to write persuasive and impactful copy for digital platforms, particularly websites and landing pages.

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Hubspot, Zapier, and at least one product analytics platform, preferably Posthog.

  • Familiarity with Retool and/or Metabase is also a plus.

These tools will be critical to your success in the role, as you will be expected to use them regularly to analyze data and optimize marketing campaigns.

  • Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and other online marketing strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
