Primary Duties:
- Support Risk Stratification and Risk Adjustment performance improvement efforts through consistent evaluation of market performance, prioritization of outreach and intervention efforts, as well as structured performance feedback at the market level
- Assist with content development and facilitation of additional Market Performance initiatives
- Develop meeting materials that clearly outline current market performance, identify areas of opportunity, and performance improvement strategies to impact change
- Along with risk stratification analysts, evaluate Aledade practices’ risk stratification performance trends and indicators across lines of business, markets, practices, and other segments to prioritize initiatives and identify intervention opportunities. Track performance to understand impact of initiatives and interventions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in a VBC performance based role
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Health Care, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required
- Proficient Google Slides skills required, including the ability to convey moderately complex data and concepts to key performance stakeholders, as well as draft executive-level materials with limited direction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills, including experience presenting to large audiences with key stakeholders, clinicians, and market leaders
- Proficiency in and/or willingness to learn Monday.com and Tableau, to drive and track market performance
- The ability to thrive in a self-driven, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, changing priorities and limited daily direction
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience preferred
- Prefer candidates with healthcare operations and program management backgrounds
- Experience with value based care, accountable care organizations, risk stratification / risk adjustment, Medicare Advantage and MSSP preferred
