Alberta Blue Cross is seeking a Systems Analyst – Configuration Management to join their IT Infrastructure and Operations team. The successful candidate will manage build, deployment, and release processes, contribute to DevOps practices, and enhance operational support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of either infrastructure or application development related experience
- Strong understanding of release management practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology
- Experience with Linux shell scripting and PL/SQL
- Familiarity with REST API and source code repository solutions, such as GitLab
- Knowledge of system and software best practices and methodologies
- Ability to plan, organize, analyze, and problem-solve effectively
- Collaborative spirit with a strong customer service mindset
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload efficiently
