Founded in 2018 in Munich, we have grown into a leading financial and sustainability management platform for real estate developers and asset managers. Our journey started with a simple yet powerful idea: to empower individuals and improve processes through digitalisation. We saw that the industry was lagging behind, relying on manual workflows and spreadsheet chaos, and we knew there was a better way.

Today, our cloud-based software serves as the only integrated solution for financial and sustainability management in real estate. We help our customers realize future-proof new builds and retrofits by connecting all sources of ESG and financial data—from planned costs and revenues to budgets and sustainability criteria. By automating these complex processes, we enable our users to make data-driven decisions that maximize margins and drive asset performance. We are proud to support over 300 companies, including industry leaders like Hines, GARBE, and INCEPT, in transforming their day-to-day project work.
