France onlyWe are recruiting an IPRP to contribute to an exclusive goal of prevention and preservation of health and safety at work, by accompanying our member companies in the evaluation, prioritization, and reduction of occupational risks.
Requirements
- Risk Prevention Professional (DREETS) registration / certification by an accredited organization if you are self-employed
- 3 to 7 years of experience in occupational risk prevention (or equivalent experience highly appreciated)
- Desirable areas of expertise: ergonomics, work psychology, industrial hygiene, prevention counseling/HSE
- Ability to produce company files, risk assessments, workstation studies (and potentially analyses/measures according to your scope)
- Ease in counseling and reporting to employers and, as needed, employee representatives
- Comfortable with a hybrid functioning (field + remote) and digital tools
- Team spirit and ability to work in coordination with occupational physicians, IDEST, work psychologists, social workers, ergonomists, ASST
