We are looking for a Chief of Staff to VP Engineering to work on strategic projects, partnerships, community operations, and building and productivity. You will be responsible for owning things end-to-end, working directly with the VP Engineering and tech-leadership, and shaping how engineering operates at Alan. The role requires native-level fluency in French and English, proven ability to use and teach AI tools, and a track record of owning projects end-to-end.

Requirements

At least one meaningful experience in operations, consulting, project management, or an associate role
Native-level fluency in French and English
Proven ability to use and teach AI tools
Track record of owning projects end-to-end
