About the Role
We are hiring a Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on backend development to join our growing remote team. The successful candidate will take ownership of backend architecture, database management, and API integrations while collaborating on full-stack development projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain server-side logic and database structures.
- Develop APIs and backend services to power web and mobile applications.
- Optimize performance and scalability of applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration of user-facing elements.
- Implement and maintain security, authentication, and authorization solutions.
- Participate in architectural design discussions and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex backend issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer.
- Strong command of backend languages and frameworks (Node.js, Django, Laravel, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
- Experience developing and integrating APIs.
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Vue.js, or Angular) for integration purposes.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
