Software Engineer, Community Support Engineering(AI Products)

Airbnb is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join their Community Support Engineering team in China. The role involves building solutions that improve the customer and agent experience. The engineer will work with a team of talented software engineers to build novel products and features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full stack software development experience
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in at least one major programming language (preferably Java/Scala/Ruby on Rails/Python)
• Experience in building and scaling high-quality and high-traffic products (or systems)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and with teams across the engineering, product & design organizations
• Fluent communication in both English and Chinese
