As our next Implementation and Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Agilent CrossLab customers across Italy by delivering tailored Laboratory Productivity Services solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with pre-sales and sales teams to design and implement balanced delivery models, ensuring our offerings fully address market needs and customer expectations.
Your main tasks will include:
• Supporting the sales cycle and leading the design and delivery of complex, integrated enterprise contract solutions for external customers.
• Developing and implementing standardized, scalable processes and tools designed for consistent deployment across the organization, enabling efficient onboarding of new enterprise service site
• Defining the overall program and project framework, including planning, budgeting, organizational structure, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Translating business goals into structured implementation plans and overseeing their execution—managing timelines, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, and key milestones to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinating and assure project execution including time, schedule, budgets and risk management.
• Identifying potential growth and business opportunities with the local sales team
• Taking ownership for enhancing customer partnerships to ensure exceptional service and long-term retention at assigned sites.
• Managing project documentation, and records, reporting regularly to both customer and internal stakeholders, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
This role requires regular travel to customer sites across Italy, with occasional trips to other locations as needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:
- Ideally, with a University Degree
- Significant experience in Project/Program Management with asset management solutions or similar
- Asset Management experience in the biotechnology/life science industry would be an advantage
- Full proficiency in Italian and English. Any proficiency in another European language would be a plus
- Experience with any Project Management Software would be an advantage
On a personal level, you have an analytical approach and you enjoy solving complex problem to ensure customer satisfaction. You also have excellent interpersonal - communication skills to get along with internal and external partners, at different levels.
