After Sales business development

Job Description

1. Location: Guangdong Province

2. Report to：Service manager of Agilent China Vacuum Products Department.

3. Job Function:

1)Expanding the after-sales business of Agilent vacuum products.

2) New product installation and customer operation training service.

4. The main job responsibilities include:

1）Mining customers' demand for vacuum product repairing/maintenance, service contracts, spare parts, and consumables orders.

挖掘客户对于真空产品维修/保养、服务合同、备件以及消耗品订单的需求；

2）Providing customers with product maintenance plans, providing purchasing and using guidance for spare parts and consumables;

针对客户需求，提供产品维护方案，提供备件和消耗品的采购及使用指导；

3）On site installation and customer operation training for new products, mainly involving: Helium spectrometer leak detectors, Turbo pumps, Scroll dry pumps, diffusion pumps, etc.

提供新产品现场安装服务以及客户操作培训，主要涵盖：氦气谱仪检漏仪、涡轮分子泵、涡旋干泵、扩散泵等设备。

4）Complete relevant internal process operations.

完成相关的内部流程操作 。

Qualifications

1）Bachelor's degree or above. With mechanical, electrical/electronic, or automation control majors, vacuum majors are preferred.

本科及以上学历，机械、电气/电子或自动化控制等工科专业，真空专业优先考虑；

2）More than 2 years of work experience related to the vacuum market. Experience in sales, after-sales of vacuum product, or experience in vacuum equipment maintenance is preferred.

2 年以上真空市场相关工作经验，具有真空产品销售、售后服务或设备维护方面的经验优先考虑；

3）Have English reading and writing skills, strong customer communication skills. Have hands-on ability.

良好的英语读写能力，优秀的客户沟通技巧，较强的动手能力。
