Web Developer

We are a full-service marketing agency operating out of Falls Church City, specializing in social media management, branding, website design, and ads. As a WordPress Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing WordPress-based websites.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on WordPress.
• Proven portfolio showcasing successful WordPress websites you have developed or contributed to.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with Elementor or other popular visual builders.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads tracking, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
• Experience handling SMTP and managing hosting changes.
• Strong attention to detail with a good eye for design and layout, ensuring websites are both functional and visually appealing.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze website metrics and implement improvements.
• Proactive attitude with a strong ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to accurately follow checklists, video or visual instructions to make updates to websites.
• Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with excellent communication skills.
