What we’re looking for...
FUNKIN Cocktails are looking for a Senior National Account Manager to influence and drive growth and distribution in our largest Off Trade accounts including some of the major Grocers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our largest accounts to deliver and exceed agreed revenue targets.
- Deliver distribution and visibility that drives the annual growth plan.
- Identify and deliver customer growth opportunities using latest category data.
- Create annual joint business plans and investment proposals with customers to maximise profitable sales.
- Manage FUNKIN promotional activity and investment ensuring ROI.
- Manage P&L, pricing and forecasting for your customer account base.
- Work collaboratively across FUNKIN’s teams to create and deliver our plans, ensuring customers receive optimum service.
- Support the wider Off Trade team in delivering the channel KPIs.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Great ability to engage and influence.
- Significant experience in account management, ideally in an FMCG business.
- Drinks Industry experience and knowledge preferable, but not essential.
- Strong Commercial acumen.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to create persuasive proposals.
- Ability to adapt and flex approach for different customers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and be happy to challenge the norm.
