Our client is a multinational company specialized in AI-powered analytics and advanced data solutions, with presence in more than 45 countries worldwide. They are currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their team.
Mission:
As a Senior Data Analyst within the Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for building reliable data foundations that power marketing reporting, insights, and downstream analytics. This role focuses on data engineering, pipeline automation, and marketing analytics, going beyond traditional reporting to enable scalable analytics capabilities and data-driven business growth.
Main responsibilities/functions:
- Data Pipeline Development:
Develop, maintain, and automate marketing data pipelines across multiple data sources, ensuring scalability and reliability. - ETL / ELT Processes:
Design and implement ETL/ELT processes using Snowflake, SQL, and data integration tools to support marketing analytics environments. - Data Engineering & Code Quality:
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for data ingestion, transformation, and validation, ensuring high data quality and consistency. - Marketing Performance Analytics:
Analyze performance across marketing channels including performance media, SEO, CTV, social, and other digital channels. - KPI Reporting & Dashboards:
Develop dashboards and reports tracking KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, funnel performance, retention, and campaign effectiveness. - Insights & Optimization:
Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities to improve marketing spend and campaign performance. - Collaboration with Data Science:
Partner with data scientists and business teams to support MMM, dashboards, and performance reporting. - Data Quality & Troubleshooting:
Ensure data accuracy and consistency, proactively troubleshooting gaps, anomalies, and integration issues. - Stakeholder Communication:
Prepare reports and presentations, communicating findings effectively to technical and business stakeholders in an international environment.

- Data Engineering & Automation:
Strong experience building and automating data pipelines and scalable workflows. - Coding Skills:
Hands-on expertise in Python and SQL. - Marketing Analytics Knowledge:
Solid understanding of media channels, marketing KPIs, attribution concepts, campaign performance, and funnels. - Visualization & Reporting:
Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. - Detail Orientation:
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. - Collaboration & Autonomy:
Comfortable working as an individual contributor while collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Analytical Thinking:
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. - Communication:
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Requierements:
Bachelors or advanced degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
5–7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data analyst roles (highly specialized profiles with slightly fewer years may also be considered)
Proven experience building and maintaining data pipelines using SQL
Strong experience working with large-scale marketing or retail datasets
Industry experience within a Retail, CPG, or Marketing Analytics environment is preferred
Familiarity with marketing measurement approaches (MMM, attribution, experimentation) is a plus
Exposure to machine learning or predictive modeling is a plus
This is a highly technical role, requiring hands-on coding and data engineering capabilities
Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken)
The position offers a flexible work model: hybrid or fully remote, with the option to work from the office in Viña del Mar
