About The Role:

• As an Analytics Engineer at Enfuce, you ensure raw data is meticulously cleaned, transformed, and modeled for high-impact analytics. By designing and maintaining analytics-ready data models and building complex yet intuitive dashboards, you empower self-service analytics for end users. You combine deep analytics expertise with domain-specific knowledge to shape and curate high-quality, modular, context-rich data models. From automating data transformations to creating user-friendly analytics solutions, you champion best practices and modern methodologies to keep our analytics infrastructure scalable and reliable.

• Your proactive approach to data quality, stakeholder collaboration, and end-user adoption ensures that data is always trusted and accessible. By owning data transformation models and self-service analytics, you have a significant impact on the Data & AI team’s ability to unlock value from data.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, build, and maintain analytics-ready data models that ensure consistent, high-quality datasets, enabling reliable insights and decision-making.

• Collaborate with Data Engineers, stakeholders, and analytics users by translating requirements into actionable analytics solutions.

• Build complex yet intuitive dashboards to power self-service analytics and drive wider adoption of data-driven insights.

• Implement robust testing, monitoring, and validation to guarantee trustworthy, accurate analytics solutions.

• Foster data literacy and adoption by producing model documentation, metric definitions, and running training sessions or workshops so that teams can confidently explore and act on data.

• Act as the analytics champion within your domain by immersing yourself in domain-specific metrics to drive adoption, provide support, and contribute to larger analytics initiatives from ideation to successful implementation.

• Own analytics initiatives from scoping to delivery, communicate progress with stakeholders, and adapt plans to ensure timely, high-impact results.

• Actively participate in team ceremonies to ensure coordinated efforts, alignment, and continuous excellence of the Analytics Engineering discipline.

• Identify and address technical debt to maintain a scalable and reliable environment.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong technical proficiency with modern data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks), analytics tooling for data cleaning, transformation, testing and validation (e.g. dbt), and self-service analytics platforms (e.g. ThoughtSpot, Looker).

• Comfortable writing complex queries using SQL, designing robust data transformation models, and building scalable self-service dashboards; also familiar with code versioning, CI/CD workflows, and deployment processes.

• Adept at working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, explain complex data concepts in natural language, and ensure a shared understanding of outcomes.

• Ability to immerse yourself in specific business processes, combining deep data understanding with business acumen to develop impactful analytics solutions across relevant domains.

• Committed to implementing robust testing, monitoring, and documentation to build trust in data.

• Capable of handling multiple initiatives, setting clear priorities, and delivering high-impact solutions on schedule.
